A Headend Engineer<\/strong> needs to tune the dishes time to time. Because
sometimes TV channels or Radio channels shifts to another satellite . <\/p>\n\n\n\n

So we need to be up to date to deliver continuous services to our subscribers. Even we needs to have some free dishes of C Band and Ku Band for testing purpose and for redundancy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do remember that Continuous Backup is very important, if the things comes in terms of satellite dishes or in server configurations.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

So Headend Engineer<\/strong> needs to have A to Z path knowledge, from Satellite to Customer end STB. It will help to detect problem in system.<\/p>
