    Discuss here about the problems occurred in new installation of digital headend.

    sir
    i got new gospell ird i am new to this device
    i opened it from management port now i want to configure it but it is showing nothing in chrome to me..
    how do i need to configure it?

    i cant see anything but some options are available there but they all are light in color.
    please let me know how can i configure it???

    if anybody else find the same problem then let me know how to resolve it.

    Dont Worry !!!

    open it in internet explorer it will enable all options and then configure it.

    i want to know that how much rf signal output should i get from the QAM? and how much should i feed into the transmitter please reply me.

    good question!!!

    the qam output you should get as maximum as possible then use the passive splitter to reduce its RF signal level. The RF input to the transmitter should be in between 75 dB to 80 dB. you can use S21 or 306 Mhz frequency as reference.

    QAM always provides flat output for all frequencies.
